I’ve recently been thinking and writing about how journaling at night can help us to sleep. A good night’s sleep is vital for humans and yet so often it’s something we neglect health-wise. If you’re trying to improve your sleep, read this article about how journaling can help you to sleep better and read on for the chance to win a bedtime journal of your own:

I suffer from anxiety and depression and I find it hard to sleep sometimes when my head starts to race as soon as I close my eyes. I think I need to focus on the positives, relax my mind and get everything written out before I go to sleep. It has helped in the past when my therapist asked me to do but I guess I’ve stopped because it seems silly to get a sheet of paper out to just jot down thoughts in my head. But I think a journal like this will motivate me and help me get a good night rest
