My top tip is label everything!!
Label everything
Get back into routine a few days before amd have everything laid out ready the night before!
Make sure you have enough shirts/polo shirts for everyday as getting everything dry is a nightmre.
Have a pair of shoes that are for PE only and stay in the PE bag, if you use trainers that also get worn on the weekend they’ll probably not end up getting put back in the PE bag in time for school.
When your child is concerned that they will miss you, dab a little of your perfume or aftershave onto a hankie or piece of cloth, pop it into their pocket, and tell them that they only need to get it out and smell it to know that you’re going to be there waiting for them later.
Would gift to cousin’s child

Scour charity shops for second hand uniforms. I’ve saved a fortune this year.
If you’re finding the cost of uniforms too much atm, always ask the school if they can help. Sometimes they can help with a payment plan or even have cheaper items they can sell to ensure you don’t go into debt simply buying their togs! x
