Lottie Dolls have just released a new Brownie Lottie Doll and I’m delighted to be a member of the Lottie Brownie Pack. In my last post, I looked back at my old Brownie Guide days. In this post, I will introduce the new Brownie Lottie Doll. Lottie Dolls are inspired by real kids. They are designed to look and act like real children (they don’t wear make up and are proportionate to a nine year old child) and they can stand on their own two feet. The range was created to empower children to be themselves, to be imaginative, adventurous and most of all to have fun. Therefore, the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts’ clear vision that, “All girls are valued and can take action to change the world” makes this partnership a perfect fit.
My own Brownie Guide, Caitlyn, couldn’t wait to meet Brownie Lottie. My eldest daughter used to be a Brownie and is now a Guide (she’s currently at the International World Guiding Centre in Switzerland). My youngest daughter is a Rainbow working her way up to Brownies so Girl Guiding is important to our family.
I love Lottie packaging. The boxes look great and have a retro vibe. They are designed to last and are great to keep and store your Lottie doll in.
“This Lottie Doll Belongs to…” is a lovely touch too. They really are special dolls to receive and keep.
Did I mention that Lottie Dolls can stand on their own two feet just like your own independent child?
The Brownie Lottie Doll looks great. She has lovely hair that can be styled and she wears the Brownie Uniform (Caitlyn is jealous that she gets to wear jeans though).
She even has a neckerchief (that doesn’t have to be ironed- win win!).
She also has a Brownie Guide Hoody. Like all Lottie Dolls, she can be redressed so could wear other outfits too of course. If you already have a Lottie Doll, a Brownie Outfit Set is available to buy too. You could have your own pack of Lottie Brownies!
Lottie Brownie has been helping Caitlyn work towards some of her Brownie Guide badges.
As part of her Booklover Badge, Caitlyn has been reading books, writing book reviews and making a book mark for One Tiny Turtle by Nicola Davies (a local author who visited her school recently). Brownie Lottie will go on many Brownie Adventures with Caitlyn, I’m sure she’ll even go on their next camp (the Brownies had an amazing adventure camp at Sealyham earlier this year). Caitlyn has added the Brownie Campfire Fun Playset to her birthday list for September as it looks amazing.
