On Good Friday (yes I know I’m still behind writing posts up!) Milford Marina held a free Easter Egg Hunt around the docks. We walked down, popped into Milford Museum to pick up our entry forms and then began the Easter Egg Trail (memo to self: remember to bring pencils next time!).
Walking past a local cafe we found Nanny and Jo Jo sitting on one of the clues- the chair colour. We walked down past all the shops together writing down the answers on the way.
Caitlyn chatted to one of the marshals before we crossed over to The Scoop to show her how we were getting on.
The kids found the clue but couldn’t leave The Scoop without picking up some ice cream and sorbet (well, it would be rude not to!).
Then we headed back to the museum to hand in our completed forms.
Not forgetting to stop and smell the flowers of course! Seeing us smell the flowers a little boy asked his mum if he could smell them too, bless him.
Back at the museum, we swapped our forms for Easter Eggs and had a look around Milford Haven Museum, which was free on this day but always a reasonable entry price anyway. Here are some photos from our time in the museum:
After the museum we walked across to the Spring Fair.
Caitlyn just casually going down the inflatable slide!
The girls had some chips and candyfloss!
Then we walked home, blowing bubbles all the way.
Did you join in with any organised Easter Egg hunts this year?
