We were very lucky a few weeks ago as Dodge the Dog came to stay with us overnight. We couldn’t wait to take him for walks and look after him. On the first evening we walked down the road to Gelliswick Beach.
The photos aren’t the best as it rained constantly and my camera doesn’t like getting wet (sometimes I think I should permanently use a waterproof camera!). Luckily we didn’t mind the rain ourselves though.
These rocks have been placed where the kids used to jump in the sea so no more jumping at High Tide here in the future.

Nanny’s lovely dog Toby is too big and strong for the kids to hold themselves so they were happy to be able to walk the smaller Cockapoo.
Back home Dodge quickly dried and had cosy cuddles on the settee.
The following day we took him for a walk and play at Freshwater West which he also loved (and I will blog soon).
We can’t wait to look after Toby and Dodge again soon as we love getting to look after them!
