One of our favourite shops for little people recently celebrated their first birthday- Happy Birthday Lucy and Belle! We were delighted to receive some beautiful toys to review. The site is a delight and it’s a pleasure to visit whether you’re choosing gifts for a mum-to- be, a new mum, a new baby or a child. “There is something for everyone shopping for their bump and beyond, and the most perfect gifts too!”
Our chosen gifts arrived quickly (they offer Next Day Delivery) and arrived lovingly wrapped in tissue paper.
As it was their birthday, we received a few extra treats too. These were very much appreciated!
Izzy chose some fancy dress pieces, an Issa Crown Headband and a Princess Wand (currently on sale). I love adding to our fancy dress collection and these pieces are all great quality that will last a long time.
She also chose a gorgeous new doll, Kate from the La Nina Range and a Paula Pram to push her in. Her new Kate Doll is the perfect size to carry about with her. I was really pleased with the good quality of the pram. In the past we have had flimsy ones that didn’t last us long, but the Paula Pram is very strong. It also looks great, is easy to keep clean and folds up when not being used.
My Fairy Princess daughter took her new toys out for a walk (and they’ve been out lots with her since).
The buggy was light enough for us to easily carry the buggy up the steps. Izzy loved making spells in the fairy woods.
Her crown sparkled in the sunlight.
She gave her dolly cuddles. I love how she patted and hushed her to sleep.
She carried her doll off on more adventures.
Role play toys are great and so important at this age. They are lots of fun too.
Even Fairy Princesses need a rest, sometimes!
When we found these heart leaves, Isabelle picked three- one for Kate, one for me and one for herself.
I think that token of love expresses how Isabelle feels about her new toys and how we feel about Lucy and Belle.
