I know I’m very lucky that my mum is a mum in a million. I have such good memories of my childhood with my mum, dad and two sisters. Over the years, we’ve been through hard times together, but thanks to my mum, we always keep smiling and laughing.
We were so excited when we bought our first family touring caravan. I remember my mum spending all her spare time getting the caravan ready for us and we used to spend many weekends at local campsites enjoying caravan life. We loved playing tennis on the grass, splashing in the pool and always had fun and a dance during the evening entertainment. I even have fond memories of the rainy days spent playing dominoes and card games inside the cosy caravan.
We still love a family break away in the caravan and yes, we’re still first up on the dancefloor but with a couple of extra dancers now! So I will be entering Parkdeans marvellous Mother’s Day competition to win a UK holiday park break for my mum in a million.
