This colourful, family friendly film splashes on to DVD, Digital and On Demand just in time for half term!
Our review copy arrived on Friday- just in time for a cosy DVD and popcorn night!
Reef 2, an underwater adventure which is sure to entertain the whole shoal, is released on DVD, Digital and On Demand on 17th February from Paramount Home Media Distribution.
This sequel to the hit 2006 film heralds the return of courageous little fish ‘Pi’ who once again has to save his beloved reef. Troy, the nasty shark that Pi saw off in his last adventure has returned, and this time he has brought along his toothy shark friends for a ‘fish buffet’!
Pi now has his family – Cordelia (voiced by Busy Philips; Dawson’s Creek, I Don’t Know How She Does It) and son Junior – and to protect his loved ones, he decides to train his underwater friends in the martial art of ‘fish-fu’! Things don’t quite work out as planned, however, when new arrival Ronny turns out to be a spy, Cordelia is fish-napped and it’s down to Pi and Junior to rescue her…
Reef 2 also sees the return of the wise old sea turtle Nerissa, distinctively voiced by Rob Schneider (Top Cat: The Movie, Bedtime Stories).
We all loved the film, even Izzy at two years old was captivated by it. Danny loved the problem solving and the way Pi found his family.
To celebrate the release, we have been given some free fun activity sheets to share with you on this blog- perfect for entertaining the children over half term (especially in this dreadful weather!).
Just right click to open up and save each activity sheet.
While you wait until Monday, you can also watch the offical trailer here:
