Caitlyn loves pirates and has lots of Jake and the Neverland Pirates toys.
As Danny was at Cub Camp and Rebecca had a sleepover with her Nanny and cousin, I asked Caitlyn what would she like to do with Izzy and me on a Saturday night?
She wanted a pirate night, of course! She put on her stripy top and pirate hat.
We started our night by making Jake and the Neverland Pirates jigsaws.
First jig-saw completed!
Izzy is watching Jake on the tablet. This was so Caitlyn could make her jigsaw in peace as she does like to hide the pieces that we need! She does get her own time to do jig-saws too!
Second jig-saw completed!
All three jig-saws completed!
Then, it was Izzy’s turn to do what she does best- take each jigsaw apart!
She was proud of her job!
Next, we played with the “My Busy Book” Playbook. I love these playbook sets as Birthday presents for school friends. They are good value for the book, playmat and figures.
We like to bring our playbooks with us when we go on holiday to keep the kids amused. We love this new one from Aunty Ceri!
Caitlyn was also given a Jake Art Set for Christmas.
We used the paints to make Pirate Treasure Maps.
We will bring this out with us when waiting for siblings to finish their swimming lessons etc- it will keep us entertained.
Supper for my pirates was fishy treats (fishcake and fish shapes etc), chips and peas.
We also have Jake and the Neverland playsets, lego and bath set but my little pirates were ready to snuggle up in Caitly’s pirate duvet and watch Jake and the Neverland Pirate DVDs.
Izzy and Izzy!
Ooh, I love those squeezy tight cuddles!
Sister cuddles.
Then both to sleep…
…dreaming of their next pirate adventure…
What a fantastic fun bunch of activities. It's always so nice to really theme a lot of activities together as I always think children really respond well to them. Love the cuddle izzy and izzy photo. Thanks for linking up to Living Arrows. x
Gorgeous photos, we love Jake too. x
I love the GIF and the pirate hat. Great to have you linking up to Living Arrows x
