Dietary Do's and Don'ts For the New Year


After the festive feasting at Christmastime, many of us look forward to embarking on a healthy diet during the New Year.  There are many benefits to eating a balanced diet in addition to losing weight.

  2. Very comprehensive list - i do love treats but realise they are not for daily consumption - great to celebrate but remain healthy with exercise -never had to diet -suppose im one of the fortunate few
