We Carried a Pumpkin #WantThatTrend Halloween Dress Review

Yay!  We made it!  It's finally half term (for us- apologies to those readers coming to the end of their break!).  This term has been so tough with lots of coughs and colds doing the rounds.  I am so proud of Danny, like many heart kids, he struggles during the winter time but has managed 100% attendance for this half term (he did leave early on two occasions- once for a cardiac check up and another time due to an accident).  He's also managed to stay "completely on the green" behaviour wise.  Due to his cardiac fatigue he doesn't find school easy so this is amazing for him!  Not leaving the girls out they've done really well too so we're all very excited for a well deserved break!  I love the October half-term especially when Halloween and Bonfire Night fall within it!  It's going to be a good one!  We also get a lie in Sunday with the clocks "fall"ing back.  The only struggle is going to be the morning after Bonfire Night when we return to school but we won't worry about that until next week...  To celebrate Halloween, Want That Trend kindly sent us two of their Halloween dresses from their Match with Mummy range and we love them- take a look:

Izzy wears the Children's Halloween Purple Wicked Swing  (£14.95) in size 5/6.  It's a very generous fit (she will turn 6 in December) and very comfortable.  There is space to grow into it so it will be long lasting.  I can see her wearing this as a tunic with leggings once she grows older too.

I'm wearing the Halloween Purple Wicked Contrast Skater (£22.95) in size 18.  This print is also available in a matching swing dress like Izzy wears.  They are a lovely shape and I will definitely buy one of their swing dresses in the future- they're so flattering.

I also love the contrast dress as it has puff sleeves (just call me Anne with an E) and a skater twirly skirt.

I love dressing up for Halloween (but sadly you can't get away dressed as Morticia every day) so I can wear this dress throughout October without being too over the top (maybe I'll leave the witches hat off).   I'll wear this dress to Halloween parties and gigs too!

Want That Trend dresses are affordable, stylish and fun.  They also sell everyday dresses, party dresses, a maternity line by Katie Piper and Christmas dresses which are the perfect alternative (or addition) to the Christmas jumper.  They offer a Next Day Delivery Service so there's still time to order your Halloween Dress- which would you choose?

Thank you to Want That Trend for sending us these dresses.
