Ingredients (Makes one mason jar plus a top up (it's so delicious, you will want more)) One cup of chopped strawberries One Cup of chopped raspberries One Cup of chopped banana One cup of chilled coconut milk One Teaspoon Cinnamon to flavour Method It's so simple- you can use fresh or frozen fruit- I prefer fresh as otherwise I get brain freeze! Add all the chopped fruit to the blender. Blend. Pour in the coconut milk. Add the cinnamon to season. Check taste of the smoothie and season to your personal taste (add sugar/honey/vanilla if needed). Pour in a mason jar and enjoy! (If serving in an open glass garnish with fruit and grated coconut).
